—QLife, Inc. announced the debut of QLife Ohio at the 3rd Annual National Equality Media Association conference in Denver, CO. Conference attendees represent over 35 local LGBT media publications from around the US. QLife Ohio will be the company’s first statewide local LGBTQ+ publication.

“We are excited with the growth we have achieved since the launch of QLife in January,” said Garrett Pattiani, co-founder and co-publisher of QLife. “We look forward to serving the LGBTQ+ communities throughout Ohio.”

QLife continues a 39-year legacy serving Las Vegas. In January, Las Vegas local publications QVegas and Gay.Vegas were retired with the launch of QLife as the company expanded into Los Angeles and New York.

“Our all-digital publications are being well received across our markets and around the world,” said Russ White, co-founder, and co-publisher of QLife. “The expansion into Ohio represents a milestone for QLife as our first statewide publication.”

The family of publications curates content from around the country, through local contributors, and through original editorial. “In the new age of user-generated content, we provide each community a platform to express itself,” said White. “Our socially integrated sites enable voices within the community to provide local narratives,” added White.

“Building and supporting vibrant LGBTQ+ communities sits at the core of our beliefs and mission,” said Pattiani. “That’s why we offer local LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS non-profit organizations free advertising every month in every city we serve.” The company also partners with several national LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS organizations to support broader initiatives that support LGBTQ+ interests.

With the expansion into Ohio, the company has also announced new lower advertising rates for local businesses in all four markets. New annual subscription-based options allow small businesses to reach the LGBTQ+ readers in each market through convenient and affordable weekly or monthly payment plans with rates as low as $25 per week.

QLife Ohio will officially launch September 1 with feature editorial from around the country, including interviews with “Sordid Live” creator Del Shores, Iron Chef Cat Cora, and a recap of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce conference held in Las Vegas in August.
