A viral video of quarantined Italians singing in the streets together has become the newest meme.

After going on lockdown due to the global spread of COVID-19, a neighborhood of Italians bonding over music has been circulating all over the internet. Well of course, memers have edited out the original audio of the Italian National Anthem and replaced it with people singing songs by a few of their favorite musicians. Some celebrities don't know it's a meme and are sharing the videos, believing that the Italian street really is singing their song.

Katy Perry was one of the first. "You cannot break the human spirit. We are one in this," she wrote when she shared the tweet. It got over 213,000 likes before the singer deleted it earlier today.

Madonna, Cheryl, and even RuPaul's Drag Race star Roxxxy Andrews all fell for the hoax video meme too.

It's obviously ridiculous and all in good fun. We could all use a good laugh in these crazy times.
