BROADWAY – An American in Paris

In post war Paris, romance is in the air and youthful optimism reigns. But Jerry’s life becomes complicated when he meets Lise, a young Parisian shop girl with her own secret – and realizes he is not her only suitor. MUSICAL – Ragtime

Presented by the Slow Burn Theatre Co, this Broadway phenomenon was written by the award-winning composer/lyricist team of Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens (Once on This Island, Seussical and Lucky Stiff), noted playwright Terrence McNally, and based on E.L. Doctorow’s distinguished novel, Ragtime is the winner of the 1998 Tony Awards for Best Score, Book and Orchestrations. A truly unique and powerful portrait of America!

COMEDIAN – Jay Mohr

DISNEY ON ICE – Dream Big

ST PATTYS DAY – Tuesday March 17

Saint Patrick’s Day, or the Feast of Saint Patrick is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17 March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick, the foremost patron saint of Ireland. The day commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland, and celebrates the heritage and culture of the Irish in general. Celebrations generally involve public parades and festivals, and the wearing of green attire or shamrocks, and drinking. There will be celebrations everywhere, but please be safe and don’t drink and drive! 

GREATER FORT LAUDERDALE FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL

This 2nd Annual Festival is presented by Visit Lauderdale and features culinary creations and libations from more than 100 local restaurants, leading spirit brands, wineries and breweries. Led by the Festival Host Committee, GFLFW will once again showcase Broward County’s renowned and emerging chefs, restaurateurs, and local food and drink establishments.

FLORIDA AIDS WALK AND MUSIC FESTIVAL 

This is a great way to give back to your community, and come together for a 5K walk, food trucks, bars (with alcohol and non-alcoholic options), and an epic concert with Lil’ Kim, Casper Magico and more! Proceeds raised from the walk and festival go to local AIDS service organizations who fight to end the epidemic in their communities every day.
