"I wouldn’t have done anything differently," the singer said, after kissing another man in a city known for it's incredibly anti-LGBTQ laws.

It looks like The 1975's Matty Healy is not afraid of pushing boundaries.

During one of their recent concerts in Dubai, the band's frontman was seen kissing a male fan during a performance of the song "Loving Someone."

Dubai, the most populated city in the United Arab Emirates, is known for it's extremely strict, anti-LGBTQ laws and currently criminalizes homosexuality. Shortly after the band's show, Matty took to Twitter to thank the crowd and address the kiss.

"Thank you Dubai you were so amazing," Healy wrote. "I don’t think we’ll be allowed back due to my ‘behaviour’ but know that I love you and I wouldn’t have done anything differently given the chance again."

This isn't the first time Matty has made headlines and turned heads.

In an interview with ShortList late last year, The 1975 lead vocalist addressed rumors about his sexuality for the first time, saying:

"Well, you can look at whether sexuality is a social construct, which of course, it isn’t," Healy began. "When I was a kid most of the people [around me] who were successful and doing what they wanted to do were gay. I associated that freedom of self with freedom of expression. I think I looked up to them, not as pariahs or outsiders, but as people who were truly themselves. I’ve always found that engaging. I’ve thought: 'Maybe it’s unusual to be as flamboyant as I am, or unusual to be as in the gay world as I am...What does that mean? Am I a bit gay?' And then I was, like, 'No, that’s not how it works! It comes down to who you want to f*ck.'"

He also admitted that while he has kissed guys before, he only finds men attractive in a "non-sexual way."

"Yes, but not in a carnal, sexual way," he explained when asked about whether he finds men attractive. "The other sex is still attractive, it’s just that sex is weird, isn’t it? Do you know what I mean? It’s, like, Do I want to do blowjobs with a guy? No. Do I want to kiss a guy? Yeah, kind of..."
